Outreach
The College of Leadership and Ethics (CLE) supports each Navy community by maintaining a strategy for development beyond major command. Our primary outreach focus is sharing our knowledge of leadership development, self-awareness, ethical decision-making, critical thinking, moral reasoning, and cultural competence.
For Faculty
CLE offers courses and individual leader development opportunities for U.S. Naval War College staff and faculty. These opportunities are tailored to meet specific needs across the college. For more information please contact us at cleadmin@usnwc.edu.
Leader Development Continuum Council
The Leader Development Continuum Council is composed of flag officer representatives from all U.S. Navy communities and significant stakeholders. The Council meets on a monthly basis to discuss progress on development strategies and best practices, and to identify gaps and proposed solutions in leader development that have implications across the Navy.
